When we began adding essential oils to our healthy living protocols, I spent a lot of time on Pinterest finding recipes to try with my oils as needs arose. So during our cold & flu season I normally get hooooorrriibbbbblllyyyyyy sick... I decided I wasn't gonna back down, I was gonna bring out the BIG GUNS!
Here is a protocol you can try to strengthen your body against all those things going around!
- 3 Liters Distilled Water per day with: 2 drops Orange YLEO, Lemon YLEO, or Peppermint YLEO. (I rotated using these)
- Apple Cider Vinegar Tea with YLEO: 1 C Distilled Water, 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 Raw Honey, 4 drops Lemon YLEO, 2 drops Theives YLEO
*be smart! IF you feel cold or flu symptoms, make sure you get full nights sleep and drink lots of water!! don't just drink this once a day and think thats it!
