Coconut Smoothie1 Organic Young Coconut (the water & meat, which is jelly-like)
3/4 (or more) Cup Organic Mixed Berries (Blackberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries)
1 Scoop of Plant Fusion Protein Powder
Bust open the top of your coconut (Here's a video demo for you) then pour out the water into your blender. Use a super strong spoon to scrape out the meat, depending on how thick it is
