Kale Smoothie Recipe


KALE SMOOTHIE 
Quick Tip:
Juice your kale and pour into ice cube trays over the weekend. Now you’ve got kale cubes! To follow my Kale-Banana Smoothie recipe, 4 cubes= about 1/3 Cup juice.
Kale-Banana Smoothie
1/3 Cup Juiced Kale
1 Whole Banana
1 Cup Ice
1/2 Cup Water
1 Scoop Plant Fusion Protein Powder

Green Tea Kefir Recipe




Green Tea Lime *KEFIR WATER* recipe
YOU’LL NEED:
1. Brewed kefir water
2. Lime
3. Coconut Sugar
4. Cooled green tea
5. Dried cranberries

Just brew some loose leaf green tea and let sit until cool and concentrated. Squeeze and toss in a lemon or lime wedge, a pinch of coconut sugar, and a few dried cranberries. Mmm mmm mmm.
